HAIRCUT, OKLAHOMA CITY, COWBOYS ARE 3-0!!
September 15, 2008
This week was pretty normal for me… class, clubs, taekwondo… but there was one major difference! I did it all with about a pound less hair on my head! That’s right. I, Dennis Rudasill, got a haircut! And not just any old hair cut. This is the shortest my hair has been since about the tenth grade of high school, which is hard to believe was four years ago! I love it, but I’m still getting used to it and catch myself doing double takes in the mirror because I don’t recognize myself. It’s also pretty funny to see the look on peoples’ faces when they realize that I’m me!
This weekend, I had a blast with some friends in Oklahoma City! I spent most of my summer there but haven’t really had a chance to go back since school started. I love the atmosphere of Oklahoma City and being there makes me so happy. Some friends of a friend that I went with were nice enough to let us crash at their place, so I got to spend Friday night and all day Saturday in the city. One of my favorite things about the whole weekend was getting to eat breakfast on Saturday morning at a quaint local coffee shop in the Paseo district, called The Red Cup!

My friend, Chad, and I at The Red Cup. (Notice the new do!)
The other big news of the weekend was that, despite a last minute time change and some inclement weather, the Cowboys really put it on Missouri State to go 3 and 0!! They did it in a really dominating fashion, too! Three players with over 100 yards rushing! WOW! It’s definitely a fun time to be a Cowboy football fan. The team has an off week for this coming weekend, but let’s hope they can keep this momentum up in two weeks, against Troy.

Keith Toston. One of the three players that rushed for over 100 yards against Missouri State.
GO POKES!
Dennis

I like your style, the fact that your site is a little bit different makes it so interesting, I get fed up of seeing same-old-same-old all of the time. I've just stumbled this page for you
