WOW! What a weekend! And what a week we have ahead of us!!

Just in case you were living under a rock this weekend, our formerly #17 Cowboys beat former #3 Mizzou on Mizzou’s home turf and have climbed to #8 in the national rankings! It was a game for the ages if you are a Cowboy fan and all of the commentary that I’ve read says that this game was a redefining moment for OSU Football and Coach Gundy. Not enough can be said about the efforts of all the players, Zac Robinson and Dez Bryant, specifically come to mind. Dez, especially, overcame some questionable hits and made a serious impact. Props, also, to Pat Lavine for essentially ending the game with his interception!

Enough about this past weekend, though! This week we move on to bigger and better things… LIKE HOMECOMING!! It’s only Monday and the spirit of homecoming is taking over campus. The signs are up on Library Lawn, Homecoming steering committee members are handing out goodies at Chi-O clock, and of course, the fountain at the Library is ORANGE! I can’t wait for all the big festivities to begin! Look forward to tons of pictures from Walk-Arounds in next week’s blog.
